What plants and flowers grow here?
Quad Meadows is a work in progress. There will be new flowers, there will be true favorites, sometimes plants just won’t make it. Sometimes they’ll like it too much and have to be thinned out or removed completely. From grasses to trees find out more about the plants that have found a nice spot of soil to grow in.

Morning Glory (Ipomoea): a vining plant with round, heart shaped leaves that flowers in late summer and early fall. When the flowers first appear and open in the morning (yup, just like the name implies) it’s one of the first signs for me that summer is coming to an end. So I love them and get a bit sad when I see them all at the same time.
I can’t remember when we got the original morning glory seeds, but they easily reseed themselves every year between the stairs. I let them go to town and grow as they will. So far they have not been so aggressive that I need to control their growth. They are seen as a weed by some, however, and can easily out compete other flowers. So plant with care!
